"The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff was very nice"

Location was great and it was very easy to walk around.

I didn’t realize that you would have to pee overnight to park so it’s anywhere from $35-$50 just for parking

"It was a nice location, but we will never stay here again!"

The location was nice. The staff was very nice.

The room felt wet and damp. The thermostat was on “heat”, and set to 53° when it was 90° out. The thermostat was reset by maintenance and put on “cool”. The shower drain backed up, and the maintenance guy said he pulled a bunch of hair out of the drain. There was no hair in sight. The shower backed up again the following morning. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and in one of the corners along the tub.

"The BEST experience!"

The room was amazing, clean and close to everything!! Gerald was an amazing host helping us find things, and secure taxis Bathroom was clean plenty of room for the 2 of us! A/C worked great especially in the hot city! It was quiet inside with an adult atmosphere. Couldn’t hear outside noise nor the neighbors in other rooms! The kitchenette suite was perfect as well. They kept providing clean towels on demand and free water we put in the fridge to drink daily, which was much needed! We recommend staying here as we would gladly stay here again as well! Gerald was amazing!! We stayed 6/5-6/8/26 and it was amazing.
