Our stay at the State Plaza Hotel in Washington, D.C. was exceptional from start to finish. I made my reservation over the phone through Carolyn who was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, friendly, and made the booking process easy and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We were greeted by Caesar, the porter, whose assistance and warm welcome immediately made us feel valued. Throughout our stay, the staff were great. Our suite was amazing, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We had originally planned to stay for 4 nights, but unfortunately had to leave after 3 nights due to an emergency. During this difficult situation, Isabella, the Front Office Night Duty , was extremely helpful in communicating with management regarding our early departure and reimbursement request. Manager Tobias also reassured us over the phone not to worry and confirmed that everything would be organized from their side. Their understanding, professionalism, and genuine care is greatly appreciated. If you visitng Washington DC for sightseeing and leisure, the hotels location is perfect. Its within walking distance to many of Washington's major attractions including the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the Korean War Veterans Memorial, and several other significant landmarks. I highly recommend the State Plaza Hotel to anyone visiting Washington, D.C. and we would gladly return in the future.

The staff always made time to politely answer our questions. Our room was very spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised to have a "dressing room" and a fully equipped kitchenette!!

My absolute ONLY suggestion is to provide ONE more waste can and ONE more tissue box.
