me and my wife book this hotel though chase travel using our points, the rating on website said Excellent but we have the most terrible experience there ,the property needs total renovation, dirty carpet, dirty elevators, bugs on beds, old stain sheets and blankets, we complain on the first room and they move us to a second room and have same situation. We ask for refund to leave the property; the manager did not help and charge us for one night even we did not Saty due to hotel condition.

"Alicia is a great employee."

We visited the bar every night and Alicia was so helpful with sending food to our room when the restaurant wasn’t open. She served drinks with grace while training a new employee. Alicia is a great employee and should be recognized for the time and dedication she puts into her job. Thank you Alicia!

"Servers in restaurant were great!"

Servers Harley and Shannon were both fantastic in the restaurant, keeping up with a lot of patrons with no help! They both kept moving and made everyone happy in spite of Hilton not having help for them! They both get 5 stars!
