Great location

Door handle on bathroom didn’t work or lock. The AC unit made grinding sound occasionally during the night making it hard to get rest.

The room was in need of repairs. Nothing like the pictures posted. Both beds have springs and if you sit ,lay, rollover, lift a leg. The beds sound horrible. It was an awful nights sleep. Our friends who stayed in the room with us had an awful nights sleep as well.

Great location and very clean Comfortable night stay Good breakfast buffet and Amazing service by Harley! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with whatever I needed while I enjoyed my breakfast. She had a Great personality and attitude and set the tone for the atmosphere in the restaurant.

Excellent service from Lainey. Super friendly. Food was good. I highly recommend visiting anytime you are in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The room was spacious and clean!

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Nice, spacious lobby. Bar/lounge area on second floor has a non-descript, ‘basic hotel’ feel to it. Room 1215 had a nice view toward the river. I believe only the end rooms like this one at the north end of the hotel have this view. The others face the highway or interior of the town. The room itself was a bit dated and worn, but other than the bathroom, very clean. The shower in the bathroom was disgusting, with accumulated black mold that flaked off in chunks as you showered. There was a patch of hair left on one of the shower walls that stayed there for the duration of our stay. Fitness room was average, with a broken Peloton bike. It was missing screws that secure the handlebar and the resistance and cadence sensors didn’t work. I stay at Hilton brands in large part because they provide Peloton bikes, but it seems like more often than not they are in disrepair. Gave 3 instead of two stars due to the friendly staff and good location near the center of town and close to the Regatta launch.

In an evening when not much was happening we were the ONLY people in the Grove restaurant.   Shannon was a bright star to shine on us.  Prompt without being pushy, available when we needed her and courteous throughout the evening.   Thanks to her we enjoyed our evening meal Cheryl and David Wilkin.

The rooms are large, well furnished and very clean. The food is very good and reasonably priced. My server Shannon was exceptionally polite and attentive.
