DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chattanooga Downtown

On the evening of January 6, Sarah was incredibly helpful. We had no reservation and our first timers in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Sarah provided a wealth of information on local restaurants and attractions and more importantly was able to completely answer all of our questions regarding the hotel, facilities and timing. She is an outstanding representative of the Hilton family.

Shannon in the restaurant was always welcoming with a greeting and a hot cup of coffee. She was a professional that Doubletree should be proud.

They were doing renovations so it was very noisy but the staff more than made up for it with their kindness. Melody was so nice and accommodating and Samuel really went above and beyond. Shannon the server for breakfast was flying solo but made sure everyone was well taken care of with a smile.

Lindsey accommodated us in every way possible. She is the epitome of southern hospitality. A small issue with the hotel was handled quickly and professionally. The idiotic request I had prior to arrival was taken care of, which was completely unexpected. Much appreciated.

My servers Shannon and Cindell took most excellent care of me and my needy family of 6. Very accommodating and considerate. They should be paid more, expeditiously.

We usually stay at the Edwin but they were sold out so we had to stay here last minute. I recommend! Great front desk and experience! We will give this hotel a try on our next stay

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dining room staff were very good. Special recognition to Gunnar at the front desk. My son and I were looking for parking and due to construction and it being a Saturday night downtown, parking was not available. Gunnar moved his own car and gave us his parking spot to make sure we were not inconvenienced. Wow!!! Certainly service above and beyond.
