L’emplacement

Un itinérant est venu manger au déjeuner. Nous ayons dû demander des serviettes additionnelles pour la 3ieme personne qui nous accompagnait et il n’y avait pas de débarbouillette disponible pour la 3ieme personne. Le déjeuner était très peu varié.

"Bed Bug Infested"

There was a literal bed bug in our room, we left the hotel not even being there for an hour and they are refusing a refund. I have video proof of the bedbug on the pillow and the room number. Truly a disgusting place and even more disgusting customer service. Please avoid this place and stay anywhere else in Albany. Extremely rude and uncaring of there being bedbugs. I can’t upload the video on google reviews but it was room 214 that had it. We now have to do a charge back through the bank to get our money back. Genuinely the worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had.

"Disgusting. Makes the skin scrawl."

Nothing I recall.

Everything, and I mean every single surface, was filthy. Linens: all stained, asked for new ones but it meant striping and returning "later." Blood from injection spritzed on the wall. Collapsed mattresses. Every surface -- the shower floor, the bathroom, the floor, the bed spread, the counter -- is FILTHY. Makes the skin crawl
