Hotel Indigo Napa Valley by IHG

This is a no-frills hotel, providing a clean, comfortable place to rest and shower after a day of fine wine and fine dinning in the Napa Valley. The room is modern, with a comfortable bed. Contemporary bathroom and shower. Very clean and well kept. Adequate storage space and hangers, small frige, coffee machine, etc,.....all the basics you expect from hotels. Adequate parking. A well kept swimming pool and whirlpool. The property is safe and very quiet and conveniently located off the highway.

As with most hotel rooms, the lighting is inadequate. The room is on the small side as far as size, but not unusual. The TV remote is too basic, not allowing access to program listing as there is no menu button. An outlet for charging etc. is only on one side of the bed. There are few general amenities. There is a small bar area that serves beer and wine. We did not eat at the hotel.

I had an excellent experience at Indigo Napa. The customer service truly stood out — every interaction felt warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and they handled each request with professionalism and a great attitude.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Napa CA. and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with the front desk staff going above and beyond to make me feel at home. My room was spotless, spacious, and very cozy, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect — close to local attractions & wineries yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was fresh and varied, with healthy options. What stood out most was the staff’s genuine hospitality; they were always ready with a smile and helpful recommendations. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

Had a wonderful time at Indigo Napa as from from checkin to checkout everything and everyone was so wonderful and kind.

Meal voucher was nice. Food was decent. Hotel was quiet for most of the stay.

Did not like the fact we had to walk to the front desk to get towels, toilet paper, and toothbrushes. One of the evenings, the staff said the restaurant/cafe was closed an hour than officially stated. The staff was not welcoming compared to other hotels. Gym was very hot and stuffy, no air conditioning. Pool and jacuzzi did not appear to be clean.

I was there with family had a great experience the lady manager dipika was very helpful we’ll definitely recommend this hotel
