Hotel Indigo Napa Valley by IHG

Location was close to downtown, beds were comfortable & the lobby space was nice.

The room was very warm and the thermostat didn’t seem to be working properly.

The hotel's aesthetic appeal, both internally and externally, is highly commendable, complemented by an environment conducive to leisurely walks and photography. The ambiance was notably serene and tranquil. The guest rooms offered a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, enhanced by a comprehensive selection of television programming. The pool and jacuzzi provided ideal settings for relaxation. Furthermore, the surrounding trees were aesthetically pleasing and provided welcome shade. Regarding the staff, we were very pleased with them, as they were wonderful and knowledgeable about the area, offering excellent tips for us first-time visitors embarking on a wine-tasting adventure in Napa Valley.

Our sole concern revolved around the food, which unfortunately lacked flavor and did not seem particularly appetizing.

Had to change rooms 3 times. Spiders in bed in one room. Ants in bathroom in next. Toilet was broken. Shower was dirty.They sprayed room had to move us again because of smell. Charged 10 a night parking. There were several cars parked in lot that you could tell had been there several months if not longer. Dirty converted in dust. Charged me 12 for 2 Tylenol. Asked for some compensation because of the bugs gave me 70 dollars for parking.

Spiders ants broken toilet dirty bathroom,rude manager. I explained my daughter was on life support which she did pass away after 5 days. Asked to stay longer of course had to pay hotel rate not booking rate. Charged 12 $ for 2 Tylenol. Had to change 3 rooms because of insects. Only offered 70 parking fee. Spent 2000.00
