Hotel Indigo Napa Valley by IHG

Expected that they were much more hospitable as Napa is known by the enoturism! The sheets were not with fresh and clean aspect, it was not ironed! The acoustic were not good, very noisy due to the cars on the road! Besides next rooms and hallways noise!

The whole team seemed to be not quite happy to be there, they showed no solicitude, specially at the restaurant! Really disappointed!!! Specially because they debt on my credit card more than it was showing at the reservation for the 1st night and for the 2nd night they said that even though their front desk tariff was higher, they would be less iff they would registered me to Triple A membership!!! But they debit even more! I sent them a msg asking for reimbursement, hoping they willl honor their information and Booking reservations! This was the first time I opt to pay at the hotel, but I dis not like at all! At least the INDICO HOTEL, so far, did not honor the amount by the reservation!

I’ve stayed at several Hotel Indigo properties outside the U.S., and they were all stylish, well-designed boutique hotels. This stay at Hotel Indigo Napa Valley was a real letdown—I wish I had read the reviews more carefully beforehand. The first impression wasn’t great: the carpet at the parking entrance looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. Hallways were dim, and the carpets there also appeared worn and dirty. The room seems to have been recently refurbished, which helped, but the design felt awkward. The bathroom was cramped, and oddly, the hallway light switch was located inside the closet? At least the linen was clean, the sleep quality was OK. Overall, not a place I would recommend, especially given the expectations for this brand.

Staff very helpful, room decor old and very strange, bed good pillows too hard and... restaurant horrible... almost not edible.

Room located near door to the cleaning closet and outside, so lots of coming and going throughout the night. Noisy hallway and could hear everything - every time the door opened/closed. For the price almost $500, I had very little sleep.
