"AWFUL"

NOTHING

No one was available upon check-in. My room key did not work. I was provided then with a manual key. Upon opening my room door there were towels, and sheets on the bed. I left the room, and did not stay. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for a refund.

"I was creeped out by the facility"

The hotel elevator (only one operational) was loud and seemed like it was not operating properly. The hotel felt like it was half closed down and creepy. I could hear people easily through the walls - talking in the middle of the night. They also charged $10 for parking when the booking said free parking. It was a last minute booking and I relied on the ratings which if correct at some point are outdated.

The hotel was very pretty, front desk staff very friendly

Undergoing maintenence- hot tub out of service, construction ongoing in lobby, restaurant was closed and No breakfast and I had to check out earlier than intended to get kids breakfast
