The lobby and breakfast were lovely.

The rooms were subpar, not comfortable bedding or beds. There was a domestic violence situation with a large police presence knocking on doors while we were trying to sleep. It felt unsafe.

Location was great. Close to several shops and restaurants.

The breakfast was really bad. The shower was difficult to operate, sometimes it could take about 30 minutes to get the hot water to flow.

"This hotel is in need of some TLC"

Location.

Fee for parking. Gym is good size but equipment is all old, cheap and badly maintained. Bed mattress was sunken in the middle. It was like sleeping in a hammock! The pool, steam and sauna are not well kept. The breakfast was awful. It’s supposed to be available from 7am to 11am but at 9:15 the scrambled egg and smoked salmon was gone and it was an effort to get them to replenish with scrambled eggs and really bad coffee. They said they only provide smoked salmon once and when it runs out that’s it! I won’t stay there again.

New, fresh beds and comfy rooms. A lovely lounge and reception area for my local friends to come and meet us. Super friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for everything!
