The lady at the front desk was great! We were well informed about where to get a meal or how to order in.

Very nice and spacious room. We got a room for all 5 of us and it was great. We enjoyed the pool and the laundry was convenient,

Staff seemed unfazed by defective bathroom outlets and a dribble of water coming from the faucet. I kept getting directed to checking out instead of asking me for more information.

My daughter checked in online, arrived and digital key did not work. She went to the front desk and was issued new digital key, which again, did not work. Had to go back down where she was given physical cards/keys. Room was very hot and muggy. She opened the refrigerator to put our food inside and the refrigerator did not work. Ended up having to move rooms, where again, digital key did not work. The room smelled. She opened the refrigerator and a leftover McDonald's carry out bag was inside so obviously was not cleaned. There were empty water bottles behind the trash can. One tissue in the tissue box and no refill. There was NO hot water in the bathroom sink, and absolutely no water pressure! I could barely turn the faucet handle and still no hot water. I went to lobby in the morning to get the complimentary coffee and there was barely a half a cup of coffee left. Informed the man at the desk who responded “well that’s why there are coffee makers in the rooms.” Very rude! And when she got her receipt she was even charged for parking! She has NEVER been charged to park at a hotel! She usually stays with Hilton hotels but this was a terrible experience and she said she will definitely begin looking at other hotel chains. Also the one light keep flickering on and off at the desk. Not a very good experience....
