"Needs some updates & maintenance"

This hotel is looking very worn and run down. We stayed here last year and it was very clean and well maintained. We walked into our room and the closet door was missing, the shower door had a broken handle that if you barely touched it, it falls and the wood on sink is peeling. We called the front desk to let us know and were told they will take care of it after we leave. Not the Hilton difference that we usually experience.

Pool closed but was not an issue for us. Breakfast was just ok. Eggs could be hotter, no sweet rolls, bread choices kinda skimpy at 9 AM. Room was fine, good value for the money

"Disappointing experience no waffles and couldnt sw"

Checked in on Thursday . Check in was good . Didnt get to use pool because it was closed being rebalanced . Was looking forward to hiting the pool. Went down for breakfast and there was no waffle mix. And my children have diatary issues cant have eggs so there wasnt much else only cereal begel or bread. And apple or orange. In a nutshell breakfast that is supposed to be included was very disappointing. 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞.

Jennifer at the front desk on night shift did an exceptional job of dealing with a distraught customer who had come to the wrong hotel. She was amazing. I do wish that there was more than one washer and dryer for guest laundry though.

"Skip this hotel"

As a Hilton Honors gold member, I would never stay at this hotel again. The front desk attendant was rude. The hotel was dirty, no smart TV for streaming, Ice machine was broken. And it seems to be out dated with old decor....................

Super easy and fast check-in! Breakfast was mediocre but still the kids loved it! Pool was a little small but extremely clean. Only thing i wish that was better is my kids got SUPER stoked when they seen the sign for a Game Room. But when we realized there wasnt one, they got a little upset so they might need to remove the signs so it doesnt get kids excited. But overall it was a great stay and i would DEFINITELY recommend! We will be back!

I had no reservations for this hotel, but pulled in after a day of long driving from the East Coast. Allie checked us in and she was fantastic! Filled with smiles and happy to help us out. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. I got a queen with two beds and it was incredibly spacious and also had a bathtub. This hotel was clean, and what a great place to stay! Highly recommend!

There was a really strong cologne/perfume/air freshener smell in the lobby each time we passed through. If it was meant to be an air freshener, it was very overpowering.
