We booked a small meeting room for the day and had a dedicated conference manager prior to and a conference host on the day. Everything was perfect, the tech worked - always a bonus (!) and the room itself was well located. Food-wise, nothing was too much trouble - we are a challenging group, dietary-wise, but everyone was catered for. We'll definitely be back.

Room and condition was good. Breakfast ok. Had a evening bar meal of fish finger sandwich and chips £22.00. Far to expensive.

Woken up at 6am due to gym/ yoga studio playing loud music. This facility is located below the room we were staying in. For the price charged for the room this was unacceptable.

I had a great stay at this hotel, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on one of the egg chairs in the sunshine. I had dinner as well as breakfast on my one night stay which was all very tasty and the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast would have to be my favourite you order off the menu and there is also a selection of pastries and cereals which are self service. Highly recommend! Thank you - Dominique :)

Upgrade to deluxe double room was well worth it. Sitting outside in the bat after a wedding with drinks was very relaxing. Service was very good especially atcreception

This is a beautiful hotel, our only complaint was we stayed 2 nights, returning to our hotel on the 2nd night after visiting family at 11pm our room hadn't been serviced, no bed made, no replacement towels, no coffee. The light in the bathroom was flashing, so I'm guessing needed a new bulb that I thought the cleaning staff would have replaced, and the sink only emptied very slowly. So we were a bit disappointed.
