Auténtico Hotel

Wonderful buffet breakfast included in the room charge. Also excellent food selection in the restaurant for lunch and supper. Excellent for business and visiting San Jose. Close to hospital and clinics for eye surgery, etc.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel itself was clean but a little outdated. The room was clean but maybe a little smaller than average. Not much space in the bathroom or shower. The breakfast buffet was very basic and the scrambled eggs were a little runny for my taste. Overall this is an average to good hotel and I would recommend but I would have liked a few improvements.

Overall the place is great, BUT it is located in an industrial area too far to walk to the main part of the city, especially since it rains there a lot.

The restaurants is outstanding! Food is phenomenal. Also the front desk service was white good!

Excellent service when it comes to staff. very courteous, hardworking people. The only thing the part of the closet is too dark maybe more lights can be added. The sink in room 217 the faucet is moving left and right. Either replace it with a new one or tighten it. The jacuzzi in the pool is not working. We can enjoy just sitting there even at night but we didnt because its not working. Pool is very clean a well as the place. Great food, affordable price, and excellent service from all the staff. Tania, Raquel, Brayan, Juan Carlos, Carlos, Paolo, Elton, and the housekeepers as well! We had a great time. Thank you so much!

Everything was amazing and a lovely staff ❤️ We will definitely will go back there, but the water of the pool was very cold and was not great to be there I will totally recommend it to warm up the water at least from 6 pm until they close it as it’s open to the weather

This was the best place I stayed during my trip. The free breakfast buffet had lots of variety and was absolutely delicious. The rooms arr spacious and beautifully decorated. The wifi signal is super strong and delivers high speed internet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I originally booked one night and ended up booking my last night here just to guarantee I would have a good rest before my trip back. I would highly recommended this hotel.

Skip the regular rooms and cough up the small amount extra for the suite. Huge and gorgeous. The pool is unfortunately quite cold but it is pretty and the sitting space around it is nice. There is service from the restaurant too. The checkin staff are also lovely.
