Arrived about 10 PM. Went to room, prepared to go to bed. When I sat on the edge of the bed to remove my shoes, the bed collapsed to one side, throwing me to the floor. Inspection showed on leg missing. I really wanted to go to sleep, so I was able to sleep with out tipping the bed. At about 2 AM the window screen/shade fell to the floor, scaring me wide awake. Next day I informed the desk, asked for a refund, was told no, should have called and I would have been given another room!! At 2 AM. Not what I wanted to do I told them I wanted to stay one more night but didn't feel I should have to pay. Again was told no. I have stayed here several times and it has been excellent, great breakfast, but never again. Sorry. Room number 380.

The place was nice, clean, and neat. Great restaurant and pool area. The staff was super kind and helpful. The location allows you to close to everything but in a nice, quiet area.
