The location was great. Right off the highway and nearby to shopping and restaurants

There are currently renovations going on and there was a lot of construction dust and debris. It definitely affected my allergies

"Customer service is not a gift given to everyone"

The room was clean and offered what I needed for my short stay. The bed was very comfortable, but the wash towels were very thin, and they only provided one small bar of soap.

The night staff was extremely rude when called upon about the construction noise. She told me that I should have read the sign about the renovations upon checking in, and then she screamed it was my fault and hung the phone up in my ear.
