I love this little place. Keep coming back. The king bedroom is spacious, cleane and has everything you need. And the stuff, it's a family business, so more like hostesses, are so helpful, attentive, and they do everything to make you want to return again and again.

For a budget hotel its not bad - area is generally pricy - its just needs a facelift - it needs to remove the carpets. Staff is nice.

This is a very tired property. We stayed in room 107. The floor was so sticky and filthy that our socks became black. The bathroom was covered in hair. The microwave is inches from the only sink. The furniture, doors, trim, etc show excessive wear and dirt. The noise from the rooms above made sleep impossible. The mold/musty odor is strong and seriously agitates any existing allergies. The only reason I would stay here is if I brought my dog, and honestly, the dog deserves better.

I will go there forever now being that it's just it if the way but close enough to kokomos

Only issue....the refrigerator makes an annoying sound which is amlpified wearing hearing aids

Room was clean and convenient.

Our room, #107, was in very poor condition. This is an old property in desperate need of renovation. The dampness and mold had my eyes watering. Every movement of the room above us could be felt and heard, and literally shook my bed in the night. The floor was so dirty it was sticky. The towels and tub had hair on them. Do not stay here.
