The gentleman who checked me in was nice..

The property was old and dated. The room was not clean and smelled like cigarettes, awful. The floor was filthy, the toilet paper roll broken, the drain in shower broken, the light in bathroom had a hole with wires showing. We got moved to a room next door for the next night that sported miss matched decor that looked like a college dorm. But, it smelled better. And, the manager offered us $25 for our discomfort and troubles, totally unprofessional. I’d sleep in the car before I went here again.

No coffee in the lobby. Only two packets in the room. Lobby not open until 7 am. I am up at 3 am.

Someone was living on the third floor of this hotel and had a child that I heard running around. They were also awake until 2am. Didn't get much sleep. Room also had a musty smell.

The service was excellent! The people are very nice and accommodating. I even called the Inn next day because I had left my credit card at the breakfast place across the street to ask if the restaurant was open and they answered my question for me because the restaurant wasn’t answering my phone calls. The facility is really nice, especially the outside is very beautiful and well taken care of and it is nice being outside on the property. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay.

I thought the rooms are clean. It was in a perfect spot location and the staff were very helpful.

Location was great. Price was right. They gave you 2 water bottle upon checking in.

We checked in early then went out all day. We kept our things in our car. When we returned late that night there were people staying in our room. They rectified the problem with giving us another room. Thank god they had an available room or we wouldn’t have had a place to sleep. What if all our bags were in there and those people entered our room. Our belongings could have been stolen. Just a weird experience.

The gentleman at Reception was exceptionally welcoming and competent. Our party had several rooms individually booked and we all arrived together (!). He checked us in rapidly and with a friendly and helpful attitude in the midst of our high energy, lots of questions and our big crowd in front of him. Later, when I came to ask him where I could get water nearby (I was dehydrated after riding in the heat all day), he informed me of nearby retailers and, more importantly, gave me two bottles of water when he realized I needed water more immediately. Five stars to him!

I wish there had been complimentary water in the rooms or have it available for sale, perhaps with snacks and microwaveable foods, in Reception. The armchairs in my room looked a bit discolored, I assume from many heads & hands having been against the fabric. The room was very clean.
