Quality Inn & Suites Danbury near University

The hotel needs updating. Rooms are deteriorating.

Our room looked newly refurbished. New flooring. Not carpet.

No hot foods at breakfast no protein such as yogurt, peanut butter for white bread, toast or hard boiled eggs no tea available no hot water dispenser to use with my own teabag. No water sprinklers in ceilings. Coffee maker had two coffee packs but nothing else. Ie sugar etc. Only one plastic cup and 2 cardboard cups.

A bulb was burned out in the bathroom. The carpet in the hallway was stained all along its length. The toilet seat was loose. The whole building smelled of poor ventilation.

The pool

Our room had a strong smell of humidity and mold, the microwave was burned, the outlets on the nightstand were not working, the bathroom was dirty, the shower walls were dirty, the room walls were stained, the ceiling was full of mold, and a strong smell of cigarettes even though they had a sign that said the hotel was smoke-free, and even the bed was burned by a cigarette, and for one night they charged me $271, which I'm going to fight because it's not fair.

Large clean room with ample room to relax; desk and couch appreciated as further amenities.

Need smart TV’s as could not access streaming platforms. Fitness room equipment is obsolete and in disrepair.

The pool

They gave one room and it was clean then they put me in another room and the my gray had molded food. I had to ask for towels .
