Expensive for what you get back. Lightbulbs missing, reported but never replaced. One towel. Found a cigarette in the coffee maker.

The beds were not very clean at all, the rooms are barely cleaned stains on everything. Tv only has 10 channels and not allowed to hookup any devices to them, no gaming or firestick allowed, dirty towels at the pool. Mess from breakfast that morning in the dining area still at 6pm. Reserved a suite but instead got a small room with 2 beds and a couch. Didn鈥檛 even spend the night we let the kids swim until the pool closed and went back home. 0 stars

They are very stingy and rude. Micromanage everything! Very dirty and falling apart. My room smelt like corona beers and the window was busted. Never again!
