I like the location

Sometimes the rooms can be a little more cleaner but I still like the hotel

Breakfast was awesome and the location was great. The bathroom floors was very cold and damp like even after wiping it with a dry towel. Queen size beds are always better, but overall it was good

Our A/C & fridge were broken after telling the front desk she said to wait until the next morning to speak with management.

Disappointed. Embassy suites is not what it used to be. I stayed here three years ago and this recent visit was not good. Always enjoyed the fresh made omelets and happy hour in the evenings especially when I’m on business but not this time. In speaking with other guests they were disappointed as well. During my two night stay my room was not cleaned until after 6 pm. Expected more for the money and I’ve never left for work and come back to an uncleaned room.
