Location - close to my am meetings

All good except elevators can be slow but besides that all excellent

Elevators to slow so hv to wait a while to get up to ur room or down to the lobby

At check-in my room was given to someone else with same last name even with checking ID with name would not have matched. Bad mistake on their part. The next room given we had to be let in and told room keys would not be available for another hour. That room was unclean as there was some kind of small brown log on the floor. We were given another room at 11:40 pm. Which we were still awaiting the crib as originally requested with full prepaid room that was acknowledged and request was approved. Now back to 3rd room as we tried to get in the room keys did not work!!!! Waiting to be let in. We were exhausted, felt pushed aside all while traveling with a sick child. Never the opportunity to speak to the manager. Very disappointed with the service and lack of urgency to assist us. Do Not Recommend!!!

The lights went off and air condition went off during our meeting. We went into another meeting and it was about 4 hours before the lights and air came back on. We sweated it out and kept teaching our classes.

Staff at check in extremely nnice.
