The breakfast was the only redeeming quality

Everyone in line got complimentary water but me. The entrance inside had spider webs with spiders all inside where you checked in. The carpet had brown poop stains. The pull-out bed was absolutely horrible. It had brown stains. We had to ask for sheets for it. The main bed was old and horrible. Only one elevator worked and it was the slowest elevator in the world. For all the Hilton chains I have stayed at, this one the worst one. For almost $200 bucks a night, this wasnt the experience is expected. We got the king suite and it wasnt that good. There was no shampoo in the bottle and it was a huge bottle.

Breakfast was good with omelettes and eggs to order. Pleased that employees kept their jobs during renovation. 5 employees and one manager working breakfast for 5 guests.

Not cheap and under renovation—a ghost town. Employees outnumbered guests. Front desk took 15 minutes to check out one person. Plastic on the windows to our room. . Not an Embassy Suite as I remember. Done with Hilton.

Superb customer service of staff members; spacious room; breakfast always fresh and tasty; manager’s reception put the icing on it all. Thanks Embassy for allowing my family to enjoy such a relaxing, stress free staycation while work was being done to our home!!

Room keys kept deactivating, but the ladies at the front desk were all pleasant, professional and willing to help.
