Staff was nice and hotel was spacious.

Room was not clean at all and the toliet was broken when we arrived! And the response we got abiu the toliet was" we are remodeling next month so we aren't fixing anythjng".

Breakfast was not too bad. The man who came to assess the problem with the bathroom in our first room was very nice and respectful.

The room we reserved the toilet was not flushing properly, the second room that was given to us smell like smoke weed, and for the third room there was not bedding for the couch even though in our reservation reflected that the couch would be used, we paid for a room for 4 people with a couch and king size bed. When we went to ask for sheets and pillows (mind you, we called for it they asked us to go down and pick them up) the young lady at the clerk's desk had an ugly attitude about it.

Breakfast was good, location fine

We were on a long trip, and we selected that hotel because it had a laundry. But neither of the hotel’s laundries was in service, and the hotel’s maintenance manager was unable to repair them😪. Bummer! Apparently neither could the hotel fix the slow toilet.
