Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Oyster Point

Embassy Suites Oyster Point is the best hotel we stayed in on our two week trip up and down California. Trevor greeted us as we showed up early and was able to get us into a room. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We then attended a 2 free drink happy hour with snacks from 5 to 6:30. There also was an artist who did cartoon Caricature of those desiring a picture. The Facilities were organized extremely well and the staff went out of their way to support guests. The General Manager Cynthia Chow was fully engaged in welcoming guests and making their stay special. It was our 49th anniversary and when we sat down for dinner, we were presented with a glass of champagne to celebrate. The food was delicious. I rate this hotel a 10+ out of 10. Ms Chow manages a great team. If visiting San Francisco, this is the place to stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We made a mistake in booking our room so we did not have a reservation when we showed up. Yolanda helped us book a room and made the check-in go smoothly. She was so kind and professional, we really appreciated her assistance.

Wir waren als Familie da und waren sehr zufrieden. Als uns Kissen und Lacken gefehlt haben war das überhaupt kein Thema. Es wurde ca 10 min später aufs Zimmer gebracht.

Leider gab es nichts Glutenfreies und Laktosefreies zum Frühstück

The Suite was large enough to accommodate my family comfortably. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the meal we had was delicious. A great place to stay. No need to check in and then go find a place to eat. The in house restaurant was very good.

I can think of anything I didn't like about the hotel.

Short stay, but a wonderful experience! The breakfast was great, and the warm, friendly assistance from Dulcie at the front desk made our visit even more memorable.

Our food at the restaurant was delicious. Vanessa R. was super nice and very attentive.
