"Great staff especially front desk man maeko"

Maeko at the front desk was amazing. We accidentally booked this hotel. When we arrived via Uber we went inside. He offered to call the other embassy suites to get us in and arrange a shuttle. He was so nice we declined and stayed. It was a good choice. This hotel was renovated and much nicer than anticipated. Very good experience. Maeko was very friendly and accommodating. There is a reason I'm diamond at Hilton. And this hotel and staff is why. I also love paris hilton.

The breakfast setup exceeded our expectations. It was different than most hotels we stayed at. Your breakfast setup was complete with a counter that made fresh omelets was great. Food was tasty. The set up of the different food stations made it easy to get around. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, our stay at your hotel was awesome!

The gym was great-- towels, water, etc. Such a clean hotel, with great amenities. Love the free breakfast and snacks. Love that it has all the streaming apps, too. Such a perk.

Most of the staff was amazing, but the woman who checked us in wasn't very friendly. She didn't speak much with us and didn't explain breakfast, wifi, or any other amenities.

"Family fun"

Mine and my family's experience was great. Beautiful structures of the building,rooms really nice,pool was fun and the service was awesome. Maeko at the front desk was great and had answers to all my questions,very helpful.
