The room faced the monorail, which was very audible despite thick glass windows. I also was charged $25 more for my queen room than my reservation showed.

Overall the hotel was great. It was centrally located and easy to walk to Pike's Place Market and the Chihuly museum and Space Needle. There was easy paid parking in their lot. They offered a coupon for free drinks for everyone (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). It was clean and in general comfortable.

It was loud in the room at night from city noises which was easily remedied with a sound machine app. The beds were comfortable but were not our style/preference. For two queen beds they gave 4 twin types of comforters so you each could have your own as to not fight with your bedmate - however we all wanted a sheet and the comforters were heavy and kept falling on the floor at night.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. It is in a great location. However the guest amenities fee of $24.95 per night seemed like an add on to the cost of the stay, which we didn't get the full benefit of, as we were only there 2 nights, and in that time we did not receive any house-keeping service or able to access the 'afternoon delights'.

Super cute hotel concept; the bed was amazingly comfy, loved all the pineapple themed amenities! Great staff. Got one free drink, which was nice. They also had a shuttle for a reasonable fee to the cruise ship Terminal.

The surrounding area seemed a little dodgy.

It was a fun space. Dog friendly and the staff were great.

There were a lot of homeless drug adults in the area. It made it uncomfortable when walking down to Pikes Market and the water.

Turn right, unhoused people and drug addicts, turn left, Amazon Headquarters and high tech businesses. This stay was a bit odd. I picked the location due to positive reviews and the walkability to the waterfront and Pikes Market. We faced many uncomfortable walks, there were countless homeless residents with mental health issues along the way. After a couple days we found that turning left was an entirely different kind of area that was clean and felt safe. I’d recommend asking the front desk the safest routes and taking Ubers at night.
