Staypineapple, Hotel FIVE, Downtown Seattle

My stay at Staypineapple Hotel FIVE was a wonderful part of my Seattle business trip. From the moment I arrived, Marcus and Ariel made me feel genuinely welcome. After a day of travel, their friendly attitudes and warm hospitality set the tone for the entire week. Throughout my stay, Nikki at the front desk was consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. One of my favorite daily routines was grabbing a complimentary coffee in the morning—thank you to Logan for helping start each day on a positive note. And the complimentary pineapple cookies each afternoon were such a fun and memorable touch that I looked forward to every day. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located for my meetings throughout the Seattle area. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the unique personality and charm that made the property feel different from a typical hotel experience. What I will remember most, though, is the people. Marcus, Ariel, Nikki, and Logan each contributed to making my stay special in their own way. It’s clear the team takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and that made all the difference. Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel at home while I was away from home. I look forward to staying here again on a future visit to Seattle.

I loved that the hotel had so much character, was in a great location and had really helpful staff. The room we stayed in was a good size, clean and really comfortable. Although you’re in a city, the room was really quiet and you couldn’t hear much outside noise. The staff on reception were really welcoming and gave us some great food recommendations. We felt very central for doing the main tourist attractions like the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, which we could walk to. We had a car which was easy and safe to park in the hotel’s underground car park.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Well placed for downtown Seattle and comfortable with very welcoming staff. It’s a quirky establishment with unusual decor and unique touches such as complimentary pineapple water bottle and welcoming wine, beer or soft drinks. A very nice touch indeed. Recommended for any traveller.

This hotel has more amenities than you might actually ever use! Free drinks, bikes and an aluminum water bottle feel special, but general services like luggage storage, package hold, robes, toiletries and hard (and I mean extra firm!) mattresses make for a great business or personal experience. Not far from the cruise port, this is one of my favorite pre cruise hotels. Great access to the Space Needle, and Chihuly, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. Their staff really understand customer service. Because there is so much offered I was appreciative that someone took the time to explain it all to me!
