Always have a shower chair available for the elderly and make it known when clients book in at reception and on the shower/bathroom.

The quietness.

The lady at reception was not helpful at all after filling in a form and made payment she just hand me my keys and assist the next person. Wi-fi passwords also did not work. I did not know how to unlock the door while carried my luggage as well as bags in my hands. I had to ask assistance from another employee who showed me my room. I would also suggest they tell guests about the hotel transportation that goes into town as not all guests are driving.
