Clean, quiet room, good wifi, 24h reception, restaurant was good

The hotel was clean and organized and the staff was friendly and helpful

My room's sliding door onto the balcony has a default lock and it locked me out onto the balcony so I had to get reception to come and open my door for me so that I could get back into my room, but ghe staff that helped me were so quick and helpful and I was rescued very quickly

I loved the option to choose between single or double beds. Also loved the adjacent rooms. Enough towels and toiletries.

Not so clean - base of bed, bottles in bathroom and shower was grimey. Not as depicted in pictures. Also didn't like that powdered milk was the only option. Provide small uht milk packs/ sachets.
