I recently conferenced at this hotel and the company spent a significant amount of money. While the property itself has potential, I was quite disappointed by a small but telling aspect of the service. At the bar, I requested simple drink garnishes such as mint and sugar syrup. These are very basic cocktail ingredients that most hotels—especially those charging premium rates—normally provide without hesitation. Surprisingly, the staff refused to provide them and did not offer a clear explanation or any alternative. Individually, this may seem like a minor issue, but small details like this make a big difference to the overall guest experience. When guests are paying for hotel services, they reasonably expect a certain level of service and flexibility, particularly for something so simple and inexpensive. I hope management pays closer attention to these service details in the future, as they can significantly affect how guests perceive their stay.

The place is clean,the food is delicious, the rooms are neat, the breeze is super and the services are worth not forgetting the place. Won't be fair if I won't mention Jacqueline she is good at what she do.

I had a nice business trip at sarovawhitesands.The fun factory was amazing 👌👌. With the animation team very friendly,warm,Peris and Zainab were so good in engaging me with the various activities.Thumbs up to them, they made my trip more enjoyable. They need a promotion because of their commitment, dedication and love. I wouldn't mind bringing my family to experience this.
