My stay at Sarova Whitesands in Mombasa was truly enjoyable. Walking into a clean, well-prepared room instantly set the mood for a relaxing stay — big appreciation to Pauline and her housekeeping team for their outstanding work. Evenings were made even better at the bar thanks to John Amtalla, a warm and professional gentleman who guided me through excellent cocktail and wine selections. His recommendations were spot on and added a special touch to the experience. Great service, friendly staff, and a comfortable environment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the coast.

Mr. Rugut truly made our stay at Sarova exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He was always available, approachable, and ready to assist with anything we needed, no matter the time. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made a big difference in our overall experience. We are very grateful for his support and outstanding service, and he is definitely a great asset.

I had left my wallet in the room and went for a breakfast meeting before checking out. On realizing my wallet is in the room, I rushed back only to realize the cash was missing. All I got was an apology and they are looking into it.

Such an amazing stay. The staff are absolutely exemplary. Always doing their job with the highest attention to detail, always there to support, always ready to go above and beyond, and always with a smile. The grounds and facilities are really well maintained. The Tulia spa is fantastic and the gym is well-equipped. The conference services were outstanding. Excellent location for business and pleasure!
