Gole is truly an exceptional team player at Sarova Whitesands. He is very easy to approach and engages with guests in the best and most genuine manner. His warm attitude and professionalism made us feel truly welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Gole’s positive energy and teamwork clearly reflect the high standards of service at the hotel, and he played a big role in making our experience memorable.

New Year's Eve party was a blast!!!! Mc Jesse, Animators, Dancers, Bensoul were on top tier. Erastus the waiter was the best Nancy the hostess was too kind and warm. Alex at house keeping ensured we were comfortable. Vivian also really welcomed us well. It's my 4th time here, and with such souls I might get to 70yrs, yet I'm 3 and not changing my holiday spot.

Whatelse can I say apart from ushering my new year in style. Gole one of the Entertainment staff truly left a lasting impression on me. From the very first moment, Gole’s energy and warmth stood out. He didn’t just entertain—he genuinely engaged with me, talking me around the hotel, showing me different games, and making every interaction feel personal and fun. One of my favorite highlights was playing chess and spending time at the pool table with him. It wasn’t just about the games; it was about the connection, the laughter, and how easy he made everything feel. He has a natural way of making people feel included and comfortable, which really sets him apart. Ushering in the New Year was an unforgettable experience. We welcomed it in style, and the fireworks were absolutely beautiful—a perfect, joyful moment that I’ll always remember. I also have to mention the kids’ centre. The new transformation is amazing. It looks so well reformed, modern, and inviting—clearly designed with care and creativity in mind. It’s a huge upgrade and a fantastic space for kids to enjoy. Overall, Gole delivers more than just entertainment he delivers experiences, memories, and genuine connection.

I went there with my girlfriend hoping for a warm welcome. This was not the case. The staff was rude and only wanted to let us in after a discussion. When we called the hotel for questions they answered rude and hung up immediately. It’s very clear that this place prioritize rich people rather than everyone as equals.

The food was great, the staff were kind. The games were amazing at the fun factory we hit to pick from a variety of that were available at the gaming area. I engage with Gole one of the animators which was swift to guide and help us throughout. Will definitely come back.
