It was good to be back at Whitesands for Christmas. My reservation was handled very well by Jolinda. The activities, ambiance, food, availability of staff was at a very high level 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 We celebrated my daughter’s birthday for the 4th time at Whitesands! Kudos to the pastry chef Caroline Nelima for the delicious birthday cakes 🎂🎂😄, and thank you to the F&B staff for coming out in their traditional way to celebrate 🎉 The food was amazing 😋! Whitesands really outdid itself 👌. Thai Chi by the sea was a fantastic experience 🍣 👍🏽 Special mention also goes to CChef Ouda, Chefs Rashid and Jeffrey and Mwanaharusi 🫓 😄 Thanks for all the amazing activities in Kids Club and for the good supervision of the team led by Mary and Japhet, highly appreciated! I enjoyed the relaxing and refreshing treatments at Tulia, truly revitalizing. We look forward to our next visit to Whitesands, truly home away from home 😊

It’s really fun. There’s a lot of activities that keep you busy which is better than just staying in the room. The animation is very inclusive and entertaining especially Gole, Lemington, Jackson and others. The basketball at 3:00pm is also something I’ve found to be unique to Sarova. All in all, my experience here at whitesands is really amazing; one of a kind. The food is also really good too.

Just perfect, had my reservations but upon passing the gate, a world of relaxation & peace opened. I am leaving the place, refreshed and ready for the next challenge. Thank you to all staff, from the yard to the room, dining to the food village. Eveline, your omelets as good as chef Stephens of Shaba, Margaret and her hosting team a delight, all wait staff, Kevin, Bernard, Mary, Julius M and Francis you spoiled us,but who is complaining. Our rooms, it's like we checked in everyday, thank you Adam Juma, your house keeping was exceptional. And to the Kids club Team, as a parent, thank you and from my kids to all the team, Fatuma, Tracy, Elizabeth, Mary S, Swabrina, Mercy the list is endless you made my kids holiday, you made my holiday. And the Ozone Team, Margaret, Claris, Yvonne and all the lovely ladies (Santarinas) you didn't just market events but fun and joy, you definitely did spread the joy of the festivities. And Manager Sam, is there a problem you can't solve? You had a solution for every situation I faced, not that they were many. My experience at Sarova whitesands was just amazing. The fun factory is what amazed me - from playstations to board games. Gole was always present to guide and assist us in every game we played. Will definately come back
