Our stay at Sarovah Whitesands hotel was truly an amazing experience, nothing short of phenomenal. The 5-star hospitality rightfully begun from the moment we arrived, and we were received with warm open arms by the delightful Elizabeth, who made our check-in quite the pleasurable process. She truly made a wonderful impression and set the standard for the rest of our stay. We can gladly say that this warm ambience is absolutely present all throughout the entire resort and all the facilities. There was never a moment you could really feel dull or bland due to the ever persistent smiles and greetings from all the staff and attendants all throughout the day. The servers are quite attentive and always ready to assist when called for. Haddijah and Dinah, the two servers who really came through for one of us who is on a medical diet, exceptionally, made sure that that their meals were always ready pre-arrival to the buffets. These being but just a few of the many examples of the top-notch service and attention to instruction and detail dispensed by the spectacular staff at Sarovah Whitesands. Finally our departure. A smooth hassle-free experience that was just as assuring as the check-in and was bursting with warm bids of farewell.

Sarova Whitesands is, without question, the most personable hotel in Kenya. We returned for our usual December holiday, a family tradition since 2013, and once again felt how deeply known and valued we are. Staff immediately noticed that our older children, who have joined us every December for years, were missing this time, a small detail that speaks volumes about the hotel’s personal touch. Our early arrival was remotely handled seamlessly by Claire with VIP check-in, and Natalie from Housekeeping ensured our room was ready early, beautifully prepared, and welcoming. When we experienced an AC issue on the first night, Agatha responded with grace, arranging a quick fix and surprising us with a seamless upgrade to a premier sea-facing room. Agatha truly stood out. She checked in on us every morning, remembered our family’s holiday patterns, and even offered to keep us updated on future offers for our children’s August visits. That level of consistency and care is rare. From Beryl’s personally arranged masala tea at breakfast, to Sylvia’s warm invitation to Thai Chi, to Tracy at the Ozone Kids Club creating a special bond with our daughter, every interaction felt intentional and heartfelt. A late check-out to match our afternoon flight was the perfect final gesture. Despite being a large hotel, Sarova Whitesands makes you feel seen, connected, and at home. During this year's holiday, Agatha, in particular, stole our hearts. This is more than a hotel—it’s a family tradition and a legacy our children will carry forward for years to come.

I really enjoy the experience.The food is amazing.The service is good the staff are very engaging like Sir Gole who wss at gaming arena explain the games and giving a rejuvenating tour really made the experience better than ever.

So far I have been able to understand games I have never played before.Moreover I am grateful Sir Gole was able to help better play Pool table and video game despite being uncertain about them

Had great room service and cleaning by Adam.He made sure we had all we needed.Overall for the hotel experience was good but expected to see more entertainment which is the only reason I rated 4/5.Staff were excellent and very helpful

We stayed at Whitesands this December for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms were beautiful and clean and well maintained. The pools were fantastic, spent most of the holiday relaxing by their pool with the ocean and palm tree view. Especially enjoyed the 4 o clock tea time setup. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. Can’t wait to go back soon.

Gole is truly one of the best entertainers I have ever met at Sarova Hotel. He took his time with us at the Fun Factory, making sure my brothers and I were fully engaged and having a great time. Later, he guided us to the Teens Tuff area, where we met a friend and got to explore even more activities. Gole patiently showed us how to play mini golf and the pool table, making the experience fun and easy to understand. Teens Tuff is an amazing place where teens are fully engaged, and thanks to Gole, we were able to discover and enjoy everything it has to offer. His friendliness, patience, and passion for what he does truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay at whitesands as always been the last 4 years . The staff are warm and welcoming. Thank you Lucy for always making sure that we get the best rooms available. Lido lounge is our favorite spot in the hotel. Thank you Lilian for making our stay memorable.

I had a great experience meeting Gole at the Fun Factory. He is very quick to understand exactly what you want and is always ready and willing to assist with a smile. What really stood out is how he also creates time to play with you, making the whole experience fun and memorable. The hotel’s Christmas theme is absolutely beautiful, the decorations look amazing and really bring out a warm, festive atmosphere throughout the place. Overall, Gole is an amazing guy who truly adds to the joy of the experience. I highly recommend interacting with him if you get the chance. 🎄✨
