I had a nice stay. I loved the gaming zone alot.Zeinab from animation team was very helpful since the day we checked in.zeinab engaged us alot with the games.and chemo from animation was amazing too.

The place is so beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are so lovely and so are the views. We went for my mom's birthday trip, they surprised her with decorations and flowers on the bed while we were out and it made her feel nice and special. The bar has a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic for everyone and are open till late. The menu is dynamic and very interesting, I enjoyed the meals, especially their seafood Wednesdays. Aside from the buffet, they also have restaurants serving asian food and fast food so there's variety. The staff are very friendly and engage with the guests, they also have a wide variety of games and activities for kids and a fully functioning kids club so the kids are constantly entertained. They have an organised system of running things so things just run smoothly, everything at the right place at the right and required time. They also provided us with transport to the airport when we were leaving which was really convenient. They really are worth the hype.

I enjoyed my weeks stay with my family,it's such a great place for kids especially,their food is the best especially at the ala carte restaurant (minazi)and it's welcoming waiter Victor who was with us all week ,he served us professionally,recommended new mocktails to us like pink petals which is just the best and he's ever smiling ,they have good pizza also. Their pools are amazing and wonderful room service.We hope to come back again next year,cheers.

Excellent family place. The kids had an amazing time. The food was good and the service was very good. Expecially the young lady who served us, Kasiti. She served us with a smile and was up and down listening and serving us.
