Adrett Hotel Königsallee

Small, dirty room in need for renovation, no air nor AC. Breakfast poor, mould in bathroom. Hotel is not worth the price. Great location though: easy to use U-Bahn and shopping/old town in walking distance.

Dirty rooms and bath but good breakfast. It's good for sleeping.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Close to Brauerei Schumacher and not too far from the Hauptbahnhof.

The rooms were: * smaller then shown in the pictures * heating was turned off when we arrived and it took quite a time to somehow heat it up. Parking: Although one of the reasons we chose the hotel was the indication of parking space, once we arrived we were informed that this is not the case and what is written online is wrong. The hotel has 4 parking spaces which can't be booked in advance - so first comes first serves. Service: Second day of Christmas we weren't so lucky to have a friendly person at the reception. When asking about the parking or complaining that the room is cold we got an answer "I am just an employee so submit your complains to my boss."

Whilst the Hotel was a little dated the staff were very good and the Breakfast was a bonus. Bed was clean and comfortable if slightly on the small side. I would happily stay here again as its a good location for seeing Dusseldorf.

Awful hotel....should not be on the expedia website as a 3* hotel....it is like a very low budget hostel inside. We moved out and were laughed at when said we wanted some money back...also developed an itchy rash from the bed...totally dismissed by the guy on reception.

Friendly comfortable clean location brilliant right in middle to get everywhere

Why disgusting hotels like this are able to keep their license and not be shut down amazes me. Who thinks it’s acceptable to keep original carpets full of stains and filth? If you are too cheap to replace the carpets, at least purchase an affordable carpet shampooer and clean them. Mini fridges do not work, No air conditioning, mildew all in the bathrooms. The pictures with the blue carpet are all of the front lobby. You can use your imagination on what the actual hotel room carpets look like. The owner was also very rude. I did not choose this hotel, a booking travel agency set it up for us for the Medica conference. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here if you are looking for a clean comfortable room. I left and stayed at the 25 hours hotel which was absolutely beautiful and cheaper than this run down place. Obviously the prices at monopol were gouged for the event.

Terrible Hotel with very small and old rooms. Wien we arriverat the rooms were not cleaned and people in winterjackets run around and did Quick clearing. The toilet was broken and I had to change room in the middle of the night. It is also dangerous as the emergency existens are locket and fire warners taken down. Not a place to rekommend to anyone.
