General manager tiara, desk, clerk, Alex, and maid service worker Sabrina go out of their way to make My stay here. Amazing! I stay here every week as a truck driver! I always look forward to my next stay! The room is always in excellent condition warm and welcoming! I’m very fortunate to I found this place! It makes my weekly travel, less stressful! Thank you for employing such amazing people! They always make me feel so welcome

Room smelled heavily of chemicals (bleach), however room was not clean. Water pressure so low couldn’t wash shampoo out of my hair. Outdated rooms, everything was “out” at the breakfast.

We were very close to the venue of the event we were attending. Hotel very close to Freeway access. Our room was very roomy, well lit, and clean. We felt safe in the area.

I didn't like that the guest directly above our heads kept running around, jumping and bumping from around 10pm to about 2:00am and then started up again around 7:00am. I suspect it was a family with small children. We tried to call the front desk around 11:30pm to inform them of the excessive noise and we couldn't reach anyone. To me this is a major problem,not to have desk coverage over night.

The picture on Expedia is not even close to how the rooms actually look. I had to wait close to 5 minutes for someone to even come to the Front Desk to check me in. I had to have keys redone at least 3 times as they quit working. The room was dirty, there was mold in the shower, the shower floor was not clean. I definitely would have asked for a refund if I wasn't on a tight budget and didn't have the means to get another room at the time. The only reason I stayed was because I was only sleeping in the room, the rest of the time I was out and with Family. The only good thing about the room was the beds. Would not recommend unless you just don't care about cleanliness.

They didn’t have clean towels no toilet paper and no Air conditioning in the room

I have stayed at this hotel plenty of times, this time was AWFUL!! I debated leaving. First of all The power blew out in my room within the first hour, the toilet overflowed twice..the hotel gave us 2 plungers to try and plunge it ourselves since maintenance was not available..that is unacceptable..we were not able to use the toilet!! The beds were hard and instead of waking up relaxed we woke up with back pain. The refrigerator was propped up with plastic cups and covering a hole in the tv stand which caused the door of the fridge to not stay closed. Something needs to be done! Room 319

Room clean but older. Towels very thin & sheets worse. I didn’t expect high end, but the inferior quality was off putting.
