Bed was not changed, long black hairs in shower . Two paper thin towels and barely a quarter of a roll of toilet tissue! No extra. The place is awful!

Very nice staff. Check-in was fast and easy. Good place to sleep. We aren't very picky as long as it's clean and has comfortable beds, we are happy.

There was no remote to the tv. I had to go ask for one.

Good Location, nice pool

Total lack of housekeeping services. Scratchy, bleachy smelling towels. Nozzles on toiletries dispensers in shower were clogged, and we couldn't get anything out. Shabby, outdated and dark furnishings. Key card didn't work reliably. Never provided or emailed a receipt for our stay.

Rooms were dirty. Breakfast offerings were pathetic. Consisted of inedible extremely salty eggs, stale bagels, almost empty container of cereal... no plates or forks.
