The bed had a pillow size depression in the bed, we put a pillow in the hole to allow us to sleep. I personally told a cleaning lady and my wife told the front desk, both responses were we will tell our manager. I feel we deserve a refund since we paid for a place to sleep, and that didn't happen. Thank you Jeff Plake

We picked this place since it is very close to Crystal Bridges. We were able to check in immediately, and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean upon arrival. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay!

"No Free Breakfast"

The room was fine. The TV worked just fine. The hotel was quiet, which is just what I needed after a long day. We were able to see Fox TV, which we can't get at home because DirecTV is in a dispute with Fox. However, there is no traffic light to turn out onto Arkansas State Highway 72 from the side street the hotel is located on. Highway 72 is also Central Avenue in Benton and runs from East of I-49 through downtown Bentonville and is very busy. I could not turn left onto State Highway 72 because of the traffic. I turned right and then turned left into a parking lot and turned right onto 72. Also, I did not realize the breakfast was not free. It was pretty good, but it wasn't $40 worth of good for my wife and me. I felt ripped off.

"Very nice Courtyard by Marriot"

Very nice courtyard by Marriott. Easy access to Crystal Bridges Museum. Spacious & clean room & bath. Good mattress & pillows. Plenty of space in room. Disappointed that free breakfast not included with rental, Starbucks only. There are several local breakfast only restaurants near hotel.
