Great setting

They moved my room and they didn't seem to be very organised

We liked the place very much. Awesome atmosphere, very quiet and cosy as well as comfortable. Great location to chill and forget about your problems. The pool was great and the swim in the river always refreshing. In addition the breakfast could be modified and the dinner could be ordered by phone and was delivered to the veranda of the house. All in all a great and wonderful experience. All the time again and to repeat.

The WiFi was broken and was not repaired. For european customers a coffee machine would be nice as the coffee powder in bags is no alternative.

Location

The breakfast was ok, brought right to the unit, but came pretty late, we wanted to check out earlier, no fault of anyone.

Communication can be better. Not a hote, it's glamping, if that's what is expected than its awesome. the floating raft was nice at the beginning, but noise transfer got annoying very quickly, not from nature, but from others.

there was only a young girl at reception, no management so she did not really know what or how to help, wifi broken on whole site, floating cabin ran aground during the night with load crash, overall the site was poorly maintained and very dated
