A power cut and theu didn't no when or if it would be restored SO WE COULD NOT STAY THERE EMAILED THE RESORT ABOUT RETURNING MY MONEY AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN BOTHERED TO REPLY

We book villa but when we check in the room look different from the picture. It looks nice in the picture but I the the picture in booking.com from 10 years ago. So we ask the lady if we can change the room then she ask me have room by the river so we just take and no choice cause book cannot refund and we don't know where we staying. We don't know the area. So the room is ok but the bathroom look scary smell. Every time the room smells bad and a lot bugs everywhere you can't on the light. They serve Breakfast old and no coffee. We just leave without finishing our staying. So if you like just doing party without thinking the smell this is ok

The view was about the only good thing here

The staff are lazy, rude and unhelpful.

Beautiful riverside location, room had a terrace overlooking the river, nice place to sit and have a beer and some food . Room also had floor to ceiling windows, and good blackout curtains. Food was available to order to be brought to the room which was nice, and beers available at the reception desk. The young lady on the reception desk was very friendly.

Quite run down , in need of renovation Flaking paint, mould, and generally worn. It's not the fault of the hotel, but the "wildlife" is quite intense, had a big spider and a couple of centipedes in the room, and outside when the sun went down, there are millions of moths. This is a jungle location though, so to be expected . Breakfast buffet was not great.

The location was somewhat convenient between Erawan waterfal and Kanchanaburi.

.Though the room was somewhat classic for the price, the bathroom was old, dirty, moldy and in disrepair. Despite the fact we inforn réception that we would have pur dinner on site, it tooks 40 minutes to get our glasses, beverages and ice and almost an hour to receive our food after ordering. We were told the kitchen would close at 8pm, which is understandable in the province, however a group of young guests were served food in their room (our neighbors) playing loud music until 2pm and our request to have them quiet down was disregarded by the waitresses who were more interesteded in their well beings than ours. The mattresses are probably made of coconut shells... hard as a rock! Booking.com should not have them listed, the hotel is old and dirty and a strong sewer smell coming in the restaurant.
