Great location, good customer service. However, bit overpriced.

you said property the town is very hard to move in ,except for front desk,the abilty to talk is poor.

The property was located in a great area which was helpful .The rooms were basic and the tape around the windows was off putting .Also our room was not very clean which was not expected .

The hotel s comfortable and well maintained. I good location and friendly staff

The staff are friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyiv.

Central location. Clean & comfortable. Best of all, a very friendly and helpful concierge (I think she was called Dana) who went out of her way to help us rent a car on a Sunday! Without her help we would have been totally stuck. She was possibly the kindest person we met in the whole of Ukraine - she's a true asset to the hotel. Overall, a very good hotel for the price. Oh,,, and the room has a safe which is very handy.

It is close to everything. if you like walking. you get exercise every time you walk anywhere from the hotel because it is at the top of a large hill.
