I took my partner to Kiev. We went out to dinner. When we got back to the hotel, reception insisted on charging 200 hyrvna before they would let my girlfriend in!! They treated her like a hooker!! OUTRAGEOUS We left and went to a proper hotel!!

There was nothing outstanding about the property. The towels were horrible. The shower excellent. The staff spoke minimum English, which was almost OK.

Excellent location in quiet area a short walk from downtown. Well maintained efficiently run large hotel with elevator. Ample breakfast with wide variety of choices. Staff seem conversant in English. Reasonably priced choice for a stay in Kiev.
