Friendly staff, prompt service , central location for tourists

Frankly my stay was a bit of a disaster, I went with my partner and every night we were challenged about bringing her back to the room. The biggest problem was that I left a bag of gifts for collection, some of which were very high value. I went to add another gift prior to me checking out, I asked for the bag, and to my horror the hotel could not find it, and had no record of the bag, and as it turned out, no secure system, for receiving, storing and giving out bags. This is totally unacceptable, it has caused me embarrassment as the family did not get their gifts, it has also cost me a considerable amount of money

The hotel is in good location, and within walking from most places . It was not the cleanest hotel i have stayed . But not real bad.

I always stay at the Premier Rus hotel I love it there I know everybody there and to me it feels like him and I loved everything. I have no complaints.

Was close to everything in the center of the city. Everything in walking distance

This property has always been a good value and well located.

Who is got a car good place to stay free Carpart location is good staff are grate I have free birthday cake for my birthday which is it was very nice surprise Rooms are not bad at all

The fact that I could not adjust the room temperature was quite disappointing. Even though there was a thermostat there. The bathroom was dark , not adequate enough lighting to shave.
