The hotel staff is very rude. They argue with the guests all the time. They need a serious hospitality training. I will not come back again for sure.

This is a large hotel with basic rooms. Checkin and checkout was quick. Unfortunately the spa/massage was closed at night and so didn’t get to try. I would recommend it if you are looking for a basic stay in downtown Kiev.
