Great service, they take care of you here! All the hotel staff are very friendly. The doorman can arrange for girls, too, if you, like.

The hotel reception, bar, restaurant areas were all as expected from an international hotel. However, my room was very dated and not particularly comfortable. As for the bathroom, shower was in bathtub, tub drain was blocked and hot water was brown. So it was like showering stood in a muddy puddle! The hotel is located a the top of a fairly steep hill and so walking to hotel from the downtown is not easy unless fairly fit

There were some rennovations going on at next room and they didt let us sleep well.

The hotel is stuck in the 70's with the worst service - the lobby looks but the rest is a [*] hole!I had to change rooms 3 times due to rodents and everthing broken!I want my money back!!!!!!

Stayed two nights in June. The hotel is quiet, clean and the standard room was fresh. The room was not very big but comfortable. Location is good, close to many sights and shopping streets. The staff was polite, professional and talked good English. Breakfast was very good and there is an ATM inside the hotel.
