President Hotel

I liked that it was old fashioned and had an old feel especially in the gym/sauna/pool area. Great service and free laundry for 2 items daily!

It was clean and neat. The lobby is a nice place to hang out in and the prices are acceptable. I would just like to add that it would have been nice if there is a cattle for hot water and coffe saches. Also if they would replace the used flipflops and laundry bags along with an iron.

Great location close to the city centre. Clean and well maintained rooms.

There was no kettle, tea coffee in room. Every time you have to cal or order. No iron facility in room. Very few speak English. There was confusion around breakfast even though it was included in my package

The espresso machine in the room didn't work and wasn't cleaned out from the previous day.

The photographs do not match what you get. How is this a 4 star hotel? Maybe 40 years ago, this is akin to a very large 2 star hotel. I'm amazed this has such high recommendations. For a 2 star, yes it's nice. However, most of reception is unwelcoming. Food and room service was surprising fast and good. No irons in room, only one bottle of water, and provided bathing accessories are definitely 1-2 star hotel quality.

The hotel is located near the centre but the nearest metro station is good 15 mins. walk. The standard room is basic but adequate 9no mini bar). he breakfast is plenty but average quality. The service is generally good, there is a 24 hour bar in the lounge area. Overall good value for money.

Nice hotel. But it was a little walk from the main streets which I didn't like at night. Besides that, I cannot fault it.

I come to Kiev 1-2 times per month and I always book a room in your hotel. This explains my satisfaction from an overall point of view. However, last time was not good. No water bottles in the room and sauna was not working.

An older style hotel but very clean and perfect for staying close to the city on a budget. Staff were mostly friendly and spoke enough English to facilitate all of my needs. There weren't many Queen or King sized beds but the double set up they had was ok. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Wifi was free and reliable which was very much appreciated. My only criticism was that there was no ironing board in the room. This is a standard in every other hotel I've stayed and is easy to remedy.
