"Convenient, but disappointing overall."

It’s hard to say. The hotel was convenient and felt safe, which I appreciated. Beyond that, there wasn’t much that stood out positively about the stay.

The staff member who checked us in was not helpful. He gave us poor directions to our room, did not believe us when we said the door was broken, and our room number was not even listed on the map. The map itself also needs to be much more legible. Overall, I would not stay here again. The customer service needs improvement. Paying $10 per day for parking should have been included, and the paid breakfast bar downstairs was disappointing. A basic continental breakfast should be included for guests.
